“What is Reiki? Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."

Reiki is designed to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit. Your first visit starts with a brief consultation to gain an understanding of your needs and goals, followed by a clearing and balancing of your chakras. We will then focus on addressing your specific concerns and goals. Your session concludes with a tailored action plan for continued well-being.

Stretched Reiki - 90 minutes | $151

Stretched Reiki is a 90-minute session that addresses mind, body, and spirit issues lying stagnant within the body. This session includes a brief consultation, chakra balancing and clearing, plus breathwork and stretching to help you release stagnant energy within the body and your auric field.

Massaged Reiki - 120 minutes | $222

Massaged Reiki is for people who would like to experience the mind, body, spirit benefits of Reiki and Massage combined into one 120-minute session. The session starts with a brief consultation and then addresses immediate energetic concerns by clearing and balancing the chakras. Afterward, we will focus on your concerns and goals mentioned during your consultation. Upon the completion of the Reiki, we will begin a massage that embodies your energetic healing and physical goals.
