CANCELLATION POLICY FOR RESTORE SKIN THERAPY, LLC
Your business and support are very important to me and I strive to provide a specific reserved time for you and only you. i understand that sometimes life happens and adjustments are necessary, however I respectfully request a 24 hour notice. If you should need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment in order to give me time to offer that availability to another client.
No shows and last minute cancellations create not only revenue loss, but, a missed opportunity for another client to occupy your time slot.
Notification given LESS than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the service booked.
Failure to show up for your appointment i.e. "NO SHOW" will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.
Please remember that when scheduling online via my website a credit card is required to "hold" your appointment time. Also, you will receive a text confirmation via my scheduling software, as well a text reminder prior to your appointment day. Please be mindful that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment and to arrive on time.
Because I schedule each and every client individually according to the requested service, arriving late directly affects my ability to perform your service with the respect and professionalism you are paying for, it also affects the client scheduled behind you who arrives on time. If your arrive late, your session my be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration of other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
